Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To return an item, the following conditions must be met:
Diffusers: unused and in original condition/packaging
Essential oils: unopened and in original condition/packaging (We cannot accept a return if the cap seal is broken.)
Essential oil tester sets are not eligible for return.

If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Incorrect orders / Damaged items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Lost or Stolen shipments
At-Aroma USA is not responsible for any lost or stolen shipments. However, if your package does not arrive, please contact support@ataromausa.com to initiate a FedEx/UPS/USPS claim.
If you have already filed a claim, please let us know at support@ataromausa.com, and we will follow up with your claim.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Essential oil tester sets are not eligible for return.
Exchanges
We are currently unable to offer exchanges for online orders. Exchanges may be completed by mailing back your return item and then placing a new order on the online store.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days if approved. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received a refund, please contact us at support@ataromausa.com.
International Refunds
If a return is requested, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs, including Customs Duty, if applicable. For returns, we do not offer refunds on international shipping costs, only up to the maximum value of the products purchased. Refunds will not be provided for declined or abandoned packages.
For lost or damaged packages, At-Aroma USA will make a claim against the carrier before issuing a refund to the customer.
